Dr. Elizabeth Perez, DMD

Dr. Elizabeth Perez is a dedicated and compassionate general dentist committed to providing exceptional, patient-centered care at Hudson Dental Center. Originally trained as a dentist in Cuba, she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Medical Sciences in Camagüey in 2013, where she developed a strong clinical foundation in comprehensive dentistry. After practicing as a general dentist in Cuba, she continued her professional journey in the United States, first gaining valuable experience as a dental assistant and registered dental hygienist before earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. This unique path has provided Dr. Perez with a well-rounded understanding of every aspect of patient care, allowing her to deliver treatment with exceptional empathy, precision, and attention to detail.

Today, Dr. Perez provides a full range of general dental services, including comprehensive examinations, preventive care, tooth-colored fillings, crowns and bridges, extractions, root canal therapy, implant restorations, removable prosthetics, emergency dental care, and cosmetic dentistry. She is committed to creating a comfortable environment where every patient feels informed, respected, and confident in their treatment decisions.

Advanced Training & Personalized Patient Care

Driven by a passion for lifelong learning and clinical excellence, Dr. Perez has pursued advanced postgraduate education to expand her expertise. She completed individualized one-on-one advanced training in Endodontics in Mexico, strengthening her skills in complex root canal therapy, and earned an International Diploma in Layered Veneers for the Anterior Dentition, enhancing her expertise in esthetic dentistry, smile design, and minimally invasive cosmetic treatments. She regularly participates in continuing education courses to stay current with the latest techniques, materials, and technologies in modern dentistry.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Dr. Perez enjoys building lasting relationships with patients from diverse backgrounds and believes that education is the foundation of excellent oral health. She takes the time to explain treatment options, answer questions, and develop personalized care plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals. Outside the office, Dr. Perez enjoys spending time with her family, photography and photo editing, and working on hands-on projects.
