Get the Smile You've Always Wanted

Veneers are a proven cosmetic dentistry solution that can change the shape, color, and length of your teeth. If you're unsatisfied with the appearance of your smile and want long-lasting results, Hudson Dental Center in West New York can help.

What Are Veneers?

Veneers are thin, tooth-like shells that cover the front surface of your teeth to improve their appearance. Each veneer is custom-made to fit your unique smile and is typically crafted from porcelain or resin composite materials. They're an effective way to correct aesthetic concerns while maintaining a natural look.

What Can Veneers Fix?

Veneers can resolve a variety of cosmetic dental issues:

Tooth Discoloration
No matter what caused your stains—fluoride, medications, root canal treatment, or everyday wear—veneers can give you a bright, uniform white appearance that resists future staining.

Chipped, Broken, or Worn Teeth
Accidents happen, and teeth naturally wear down over time. Veneers restore the normal shape of your teeth and eliminate imperfections from chips or breaks.

Misaligned Teeth or Gaps
If your teeth jut out at an odd angle, have irregular shapes, or feature noticeable gaps, veneers can smooth the surface and close spaces for a more beautiful, even smile.

Why Choose Veneers?

Veneers offer several advantages for patients looking to improve their smile:

  • Natural appearance – Porcelain blends seamlessly with your gums and looks just like real tooth enamel
  • Stain resistant – Veneers resist discoloration, making them a great long-term solution
  • Less invasive – Veneers require much less tooth reshaping than crowns while still providing a strong, attractive result
  • Boost confidence – A smile you're proud of can transform how you feel about yourself

Common questions
Who is a good candidate for porcelain veneers?+

Veneers are a great option if you're unhappy with the appearance of your teeth and your teeth and gums are in good health. If you have gum disease, infection, or tooth decay, we'll need to address those issues first. Patients who grind their teeth may not be ideal candidates, as grinding can damage veneers.

Will people be able to tell I have veneers?+

We're very precise when choosing the color, shape, and size of your veneers. Our goal is to find a seamless match with your natural teeth. When done well, most people won't be able to tell the difference between your veneers and your other teeth.

Can porcelain veneers stain?+

Porcelain veneers are highly stain-resistant and look and act just like normal teeth. Simply brush and floss them as you would your natural teeth, and they should stay in great shape for years to come.
